Purely from a UI perspective. I didn't buy any tickets. I like how many small niche events there are. There are some issues with the functionality of some basic features. Such as the location search bar. I typed in my city and after selecting it the app defaulted back to San Francisco for some reason it took 4 tries to finally have it function. After the third try I allowed GPS location finding. That didn't work either. There is no search bar to look for a specific event.

Terrible functionality. Most of the time you click on a ticket alert it brings you to the result of a previous alert, sometimes even from different events. Then once the app is open on an alert and you click back it closes the app rather than brings you to the home page. So you have to close the app and reopen. Then your alerts aren't shown anywhere on the home page. You have to navigate through a few clicks to get to your list of ticket alerts and open the event the alert was for.

Found super cheap tickets to a festival almost 8 times it's original price thought it could be a scam and the ticket was not Ticket-Swap protected. However, I trusted if anything was to go wrong, Ticket Swap will have my back as advertised. Indeed the tickets were real, just at a great discount value I still can't believe. Perfect, easy-to-use, safe and reliable.
