One of the worst crypto apps I've used. Poor customer service as well. The only reason I use it is to avail my Brave browser rewards. Absolutely hate this platform. Even the UI is incredibly sluggish. I have no idea who actually willingly decides to use this platform as their first choice. You can't even see all the tradeable coins in the exchange. Needs a massive revamp.

This was a great app few years back. Recently started using it again. My money has disappeared and have got zero help from the helpdesk. There seems to be some sort of fraud. I doubt there is enough liquidity with zebpay guys to honour fiat withdrawals. They keep delaying under guise of re kyc, bank account updation and finally the money disappeared from the wallet.

Poor customer service, was notified to do KYC, have re added my Bank details(though no changes to the perevious one), it's been rejected without giving a reason, have raised several tickets seeks help but they are just spaming stating will resolve soon. It's been over 24day and the issue is till open. In next 6days they will deduct membership fee for not trading whilst the apps does not allow to place a trade without bank account verification.... I am frustrated with the lack of support..
